HUBER+SUHNER strengthens test and measurement business through acquisition of Ingun

Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR - 22.07.2026 As leading provider of high-precision test and electrical contacting solutions, Ingun will add complementary technology and customer access to HUBER+SUHNERâs comprehensive portfolio. HUBER+SUHNER has signed an agreement to acquire Ingun PrĂŒfmittelbau GmbH and Ingun International GmbH including their subsidiaries. The transaction, which is subject to applicable closing conditions, is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2026. Ingun will extend HUBER+SUHNERâs current portfolio with complementary technology, broaden access to existing and adjacent markets, and strengthen its position as a provider of end-to-end testing solutions for high frequency, digital and energy applications, supported by well-aligned development and manufacturing capabilities. Ingunâs offering features spring?loaded test probes, test fixture kits and accessories for customisation, enabling reliable testing across applications such as printed circuit boards, electrical devices, connectors and batteries.
