SOWITEC group GmbH and the Joint Representative enter into a deferral agreement regarding a partial repayment of the bond 2018/ 2026

Sonnenbühl, 4 May 2026 – SOWITEC group GmbH and Dr. Marc Liebscher, acting as Joint Representative of the 8% Bond 2018/2026 (ISIN: DE000A2NBZ21), have entered into a deferral agreement regarding a portion of a partial repayment scheduled for 8 May 2026. Accordingly, the Joint Representative is deferring a portion of the repayment amount due on 8 May 2026, totaling EUR 2,290,200.00, in the amount of EUR 1,526,600.00 until 25 September 2026, subject to certain conditions precedent and conditions subsequent. The remaining partial repayment of EUR 763,400.00 will be made by 8 May 2026. The deferral by the Joint Representative is in accordance with the corresponding authorization resolution of the bondholders’ meeting of 8 October 2025.
