- Third-quarter organic revenue rose as premium brands and digital distribution supported the business.
- China remained the main operating drag, with weaker volumes and profitability weighing on Asia Pacific.
- Management kept its 2026 EBITDA growth outlook unchanged.
Anheuser-Busch InBev delivered stronger third-quarter operating results on October 29, but the brewer's regional mix remains uneven. Organic revenue increased 4.9 percent, while total volume growth reached 0.4 percent, according to the Morningstar report carrying the company's results release.

Premium Brands Offset China Weakness
AB InBev's revenue per hectoliter rose 4.2 percent in the third quarter, supported by revenue management and premiumization. Combined revenue from its megabrands increased 7.7 percent, while no-alcohol beer revenue climbed 35 percent and Beyond Beer revenue advanced 19 percent.
Normalized EBITDA increased 3.9 percent to 5.957 billion US dollars, although the margin narrowed by 34 basis points to 36.1 percent. Higher sales and marketing investment and commodity costs absorbed part of the benefit from pricing and mix. Underlying EPS rose 22.4 percent to 1.21 US dollars, a normalized non-IFRS measure.
China Keeps The Outlook Mixed
China remained the largest regional challenge. Third-quarter volumes and revenue there both declined 16.8 percent, while EBITDA fell 30.5 percent. AB InBev cited abnormal weather, weakness in bars and restaurants, inventory management and a difficult industry environment.
The company retained its 2026 outlook for normalized EBITDA growth of 4 to 8 percent and expects net capital expenditure of 3.5 to 4.0 billion US dollars. The key question for the next reports is whether China stabilizes while premium brands and digital distribution continue to support growth.
The broader Euro Stoxx 50 market environment remains relevant for European equities.
