- ANZ is reallocating selected home loans, revenues and costs among its divisions.
- The revised structure will first shape the bank's Full Year 2026 divisional reporting.
- Net Fee and Commission income will appear separately on the income statement.
ANZ announced on Wednesday, October 28, that it will change how it presents divisional performance ahead of its Full Year 2026 reporting. The bank said the revised structure will better match customer relationships, resource allocation and divisional accountability. The announcement was published by ANZ.
ANZ Group Holdings stock traded at 25.81 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 15:39 CET on Friday, October 30, 2026, 2.42 percent above the Xetra close of Thursday, October 29. The real-time quote of ANZ Group Holdings stock is available on the company snapshot.
Reporting changes reshape comparisons
ANZ has moved home loans and associated offset accounts for Business & Private Bank customers from Australia Retail to Business & Private Bank. The related revenue and expenses will move with those balances.
A share of Markets revenue from foreign exchange and Payments & Cash Management will also be recognised in the divisions serving the relevant customers, rather than remaining entirely in Institutional. ANZ said the changes were implemented during the September 2026 half.
Group figures remain unchanged
The reporting reset does not change statutory profit, cash profit, net assets or capital. Prior-period divisional figures will be restated, while comparative information for Suncorp Bank and Pacific remains unchanged.
Group Centre operating expenses retained fell from 13 percent to 9 percent in the March 2026 half and the September 2025 full year. ANZ also said Net Fee and Commission income will now appear separately on the face of the income statement.
The broader Australian market is tracked through the S&P/ASX 200.
