AT&S stock traded at 113.10 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 10:43 CET on Friday, November 6, 2026. The quote follows the company's record second-quarter revenue and renewed confirmation of its fiscal 2026/27 targets.
AT&S reported the results on Thursday, November 5. In its official release, the Austrian manufacturer said second-quarter revenue reached 681.9 million euros, up from 447.4 million euros a year earlier. Currency-adjusted growth was 52 percent, making the quarter the highest in the company's history.
Margins Improve With New Capacity
EBITDA increased to 244.0 million euros from 104.1 million euros, while the margin expanded to 35.8 percent from 23.3 percent. AT&S attributed the improvement to higher volumes, a better product mix and improved pricing. EBIT rose to 153.0 million euros from 16.3 million euros, and net income reached 125.4 million euros after a prior-year loss of 7.6 million euros.
For the first six months of fiscal 2026/27, revenue grew to 1,230.6 million euros from 846.3 million euros. EBITDA rose to 409.0 million euros from 174.7 million euros, lifting the margin to 33.2 percent from 20.6 percent. Net income was 166.2 million euros, compared with a loss of 63.5 million euros in the prior-year period.
The improvement came alongside higher investment and working-capital needs. Net capital expenditure reached 111.0 million euros in the first half, while operating cash flow declined to 100.4 million euros from 209.4 million euros. AT&S said the decrease reflected business growth, higher safety inventories and a reduction in international factoring. Operating free cash flow was negative at 11.0 million euros for the period.
Outlook Remains Tied To Expansion
Management confirmed its fiscal 2026/27 outlook for currency-adjusted revenue growth of 45 to 55 percent and an EBITDA margin of 32 to 37 percent. Planned capital expenditure remains between 1.0 billion and 1.2 billion euros, while the company continues to expect positive operating free cash flow for the full year.
CEO Michael Mertin said discussions with key US technology customers during an October technology tour confirmed strong demand. AT&S also said its Kulim expansion and upgrades at other sites were progressing according to plan. The outlook assumes no significant deterioration in geopolitical conditions or the supply situation for selected materials.
For investors, the results reinforce the importance of capacity execution, utilization and demand from AI infrastructure and other digital markets. The reported figures strengthen the earnings base, while the scale of planned investment keeps cash conversion and execution central to the equity story.
