Accor stock (ISIN FR0000120404) was trading at EUR 44.22 at Lang & Schwarz on October 2, 2026 at 4:11 p.m. CEST, plus 0.29 percent versus the prior close of EUR 44.09. Barclays cut its price target from EUR 55.00 to EUR 54.00 on October 1, 2026 while keeping a positive view, as Ideal Investisseur reported.
Barclays lowers the target
The revised EUR 54.00 target remains EUR 9.78 above the Lang & Schwarz price, a gap of 18.12 percent calculated against the current EUR 44.22 price. The change matters because the prior EUR 55.00 target had set a higher valuation reference for the hotel operator.
Markets Insider reported on October 1, 2026 that Barclays analyst Jaina Mistry maintained a Buy rating and a EUR 54.00 target for Accor. The same report listed a consensus target of EUR 56.50, but that figure comes from a separate aggregation and is not used as a forecast here.
Revenue grows while cash flow improves
Accor reported EUR 2.76 billion of revenue in the first half of 2026, up 0.55 percent from EUR 2.745 billion in the first half of 2025, according to IT Boltwise. The small revenue increase contrasts with a sharper earnings debate around margins and regional demand.
Accor's recurring free cash flow rose 42 percent to EUR 194 million in the first half of 2026, while recurring EBITDA reached EUR 563 million, according to AInvest. Management's full-year recurring EBITDA outlook is EUR 1.26 billion to EUR 1.285 billion, giving investors a range against which the second half will be judged.
AI rollout adds an operating angle
Accor also announced the full launch of its ALL Concierge on September 24, 2026. The company said the service had learned from more than 1 million guest conversations during its pilot and supports 11 languages, as detailed in the Accor release. That rollout gives the group a concrete digital initiative alongside its fee-based hotel model, although the near-term stock case remains tied to cash generation and operating margins.
Stock remains below the target range
Accor's EUR 44.22 Lang & Schwarz price on October 2, 2026 stood 18.12 percent below Barclays' EUR 54.00 target and 21.73 percent below the EUR 56.50 consensus figure cited by Markets Insider. The prior close was EUR 44.09, leaving the intraday move at plus 0.29 percent rather than a large directional signal.
