- Capgemini expects fourth-quarter constant-currency growth of 3% to 4% against a tougher comparison.
Capgemini reported strong third-quarter momentum on Friday, October 30, 2026, and raised its full-year revenue outlook. The company said in its Q3 2026 revenue release that sales reached 6,073 million euros, up 11.7% at constant exchange rates and 12.6% at current exchange rates.
Capgemini stock traded at 128.20 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 09:45 CET on Monday, November 2, 2026, 2.23% above the Xetra close of Friday, October 30, at 125.40 euros. The Xetra closing price and the accompanying results report were published on FinanzNachrichten.de, which identifies Capgemini by ISIN and shows the October 30 Xetra close.
AI demand broadens growth
Third-quarter bookings increased 3.4% at constant exchange rates to 5,401 million euros. Nine-month revenue reached 18,155 million euros, an 11.4% increase on the same basis. Capgemini said growth reflected solid underlying performance together with contributions from the WNS and Cloud4C acquisitions.
Regional momentum was strongest in North America and the United Kingdom and Ireland, where constant-currency revenue increased 18.3% and 25.2%, respectively. France returned to growth of 4.9%. By business line, Strategy & Transformation grew 18.6%, Applications & Technology advanced 3.5%, and Operations & Engineering rose 26.9% at constant exchange rates.
Chief Executive Officer Aiman Ezzat said clients were moving toward enterprise-scale AI deployment while addressing governance, cost and security. Capgemini linked this demand to modernization of technology and data foundations and to the redesign of business operations with agentic AI. Intelligent Business Operations again delivered double-digit like-for-like growth, supported by WNS's scale.
Higher target, unchanged margins
Management raised its 2026 constant-currency revenue growth target to 9.0% to 9.5%, from the previous range of 8.5% to 9.0%. The company kept its operating margin target at 13.6% to 13.8% and its organic free cash flow target at 1.8 billion to 1.9 billion euros. The outlook includes an estimated inorganic contribution of about five percentage points.
For the fourth quarter, Capgemini expects constant-currency growth of 3% to 4% against a higher comparison base. The company also said the organic free cash flow target reflects an increase of about 200 million euros in restructuring cash outflow linked to its Fit-for-Growth initiatives.
Investors will weigh the upgraded sales outlook against the acquisition contribution and the investment required to scale AI capabilities. The results indicate that demand is broadening beyond pilot projects, but the unchanged margin target leaves execution and cost discipline central to the equity story.
