MODIVO PLATFORM, the group behind CCC, Modivo and HalfPrice, released preliminary third-quarter results on Friday, November 6, 2026. According to Puls Biznesu, revenue for August through October rose 11 percent year over year to 3.2 billion Polish zloty, while like-for-like sales increased 9 percent.
The real-time quote of CCC stock stood at 23.31 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 09:59 CET on Friday, November 6, 2026.
Sales Growth Led By Physical Stores
Physical-store sales increased 25 percent, while e-commerce sales declined 4 percent. The company linked the online weakness mainly to the continuing change in Modivo.com's business model, which is intended to improve profitability.
CCC segment sales increased 16 percent, with like-for-like growth of 4 percent. HalfPrice sales rose 41 percent, including 10 percent like-for-like growth. Modivo sales declined 6 percent as the group continued to reshape its digital platform.
Gross Margin Improvement Supports Earnings
Gross margin increased by 5.5 percentage points to 51.4 percent. Puls Biznesu said the company attributed the improvement to its product offering, inventory optimization in previous quarters and stronger full-price sales.
Margin gains were reported across the main businesses. CCC's gross margin rose by 7.9 percentage points to 60.1 percent, HalfPrice's increased by 1.2 percentage points to 50.9 percent, and Modivo.com's advanced by 0.5 percentage points to 43 percent.
Group EBITDA before one-off adjustments reached 372 million Polish zloty, 2.1 percent below the analyst consensus cited by Puls Biznesu. After one-off adjustments, EBITDA was 450 million Polish zloty, up 48 percent from the comparable period. Operating profit remained under pressure from other operating costs, particularly foreign-exchange differences.
New Concepts And Next Reporting Date
Worldbox's results improved, but the chain still reduced group EBITDA by 9 million Polish zloty in the quarter. That impact compares with negative contributions of 50 million Polish zloty in the first quarter and 15 million Polish zloty in the second quarter. The group also opened nine ShockPrice stores, which management said were performing in line with the concept's initial assumptions.
The preliminary figures offer an early read on sales momentum and margin quality before the complete consolidated report. The full third-quarter 2026/27 publication is scheduled for November 27, 2026, giving investors a later basis for assessing operating profit, cash generation and the sustainability of the margin gains.
