- Dassault Systèmes lifted its 2026 revenue growth objective to 4% to 5% from 3% to 5% previously.
- Non-IFRS operating margin guidance increased to 32.5% to 32.7%, while diluted EPS growth is expected at 6% to 7%.

Dassault Systèmes raised its 2026 financial objectives on Wednesday, October 28, after reporting stronger third-quarter growth. In a company press release, the French software group said total revenue rose 5% year over year in constant currencies to EUR 1.55 billion in the three months ended September 30.
The increase came with a higher full-year revenue range of EUR 6.399 billion to EUR 6.459 billion, implying growth of 4% to 5%. The previous objective called for growth of 3% to 5%. Dassault Systèmes also lifted its non-IFRS operating margin target to 32.5% to 32.7% from 32.2% to 32.6%, and raised diluted EPS growth guidance to 6% to 7%.
Recurring software demand improves
Management highlighted a 6% increase in annual recurring revenue in the third quarter. Revenue from 3DEXPERIENCE software grew 25%, while cloud software advanced 14%, according to the company. Non-IFRS operating margin reached 31.6%, an improvement of 150 basis points, and diluted EPS increased 8% to EUR 0.32.
On an IFRS basis, third-quarter revenue increased from EUR 1.46 billion to EUR 1.55 billion. IFRS operating margin was 20.9%, compared with 20.7% a year earlier, while diluted EPS rose from EUR 0.20 to EUR 0.22. The distinction between IFRS and non-IFRS figures is material when assessing the margin and earnings trend.
ArisGlobal shapes fourth-quarter targets
The revised objectives include the contribution from ArisGlobal, the life-sciences software company Dassault Systèmes acquired in September. For the fourth quarter, the group expects revenue growth of 5% to 8% in constant currencies, with ArisGlobal contributing two percentage points. The transaction also expands Dassault Systèmes' life-sciences offering and brings Dr. Ashwini Zenooz into the role of Executive Vice President and CEO of Life Sciences and Healthcare.
Operating cash flow rose 20% in the first nine months, with cash conversion reaching 111% compared with 97% a year earlier. For investors, the combination of recurring-revenue growth, stronger cloud demand and the acquisition contribution supports the improved outlook, while execution in the core software business remains important for sustaining the recovery.
