Delivery Hero reported accelerating growth in the third quarter and raised its 2026 outlook across all four key metrics. The Berlin-based company said in its October 28 investor release that its Q3 2026 trading update showed stronger momentum in gross merchandise value, revenue and orders.

Group GMV rose 13.6 percent year over year on a like-for-like basis to 13.9 billion euros, compared with growth of 11.3 percent in the second quarter. Revenue increased 22.0 percent on the same basis to 4.3 billion euros, accelerating from 17.7 percent in Q2. Reported group revenue was 4.3479 billion euros, versus 3.5301 billion euros in Q3 2025.

Orders and Quick Commerce drive momentum

Orders grew 11.5 percent like for like to 1,001 million, taking Delivery Hero above the one-billion mark for the first time in a quarter. Quick Commerce remained a major growth engine, with GMV up 39 percent and accounting for 19 percent of group GMV. Subscribers generated 51 percent of group GMV, while customers using more than one vertical represented 62 percent.

Chief Executive Niklas Östberg said investments in customer experience were accelerating growth and improving profitability. Chief Financial Officer Marie-Anne Popp said the company would continue investing selectively while bringing each market to a sustainable gross-profit level. Delivery Hero also said it had opened close to 90 Dmarts in 2026, bringing the operating total to about 900.

Higher targets and transaction timetable

Delivery Hero lifted its full-year GMV growth target to 10 to 12 percent from 9 to 11 percent previously. Revenue growth is now expected at 18 to 20 percent, compared with 17 to 19 percent before. Adjusted EBITDA guidance rose to 980 million to 1.020 billion euros from 960 million to 1.000 billion euros, while free cash flow guidance increased to more than 300 million euros from more than 250 million euros.

The company ended September with 2.6 billion euros in cash and completed a repricing of its 1.332 billion US-dollar Term Loan B on September 10. Delivery Hero said the repricing reduced the loan margin by 150 basis points and should lower annual interest expense by about 20 million US dollars.
