- Chandan Taparia of Motilal Oswal cited a fresh technical breakout in Eternal shares.
- The setup is supported by the stock holding above its 100-day exponential moving average.
- Investors should weigh the bullish chart signals against the defined downside level in the trading call.
Eternal stock was placed among Motilal Oswal's top trading ideas for Monday, November 2, 2026, after a technical breakout above its previous 52-week high. Chandan Taparia, head of derivatives and technicals at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, recommended buying the shares and set a target of INR 363 with a stop-loss at INR 331, according to NDTV Profit.
Breakout strengthens the technical setup
Taparia's view is based on a fresh inside-bar breakout and the share price respecting its 100-day exponential moving average. He said declines were being absorbed by buyers, while the move above the previous 52-week high of INR 344 indicated the potential for another leg higher.
The analyst also pointed to positive momentum across newer Indian technology companies as a possible support for the trade. The target and stop-loss are part of the quoted trading call rather than company guidance.
Business remains built around four platforms
Eternal's investor-relations site describes four principal businesses: food delivery, quick commerce, going-out and B2B supplies. The company was formerly known as Zomato Limited, while Blinkit is its quick-commerce platform.
