- Third-quarter revenue growth eased as leather goods outperformed weaker discretionary categories.
- Hermès maintained its medium-term ambition for revenue growth at constant exchange rates.
- Americas, Japan and Europe excluding France remained the strongest regional contributors.
Hermès International reported continued growth on October 22, but its third-quarter performance showed a sharper split between its core leather business and weaker discretionary categories. The company said revenue reached 4.096 billion euros, up 4.3 percent at constant exchange rates, in its release published by Hermès International.
Leather Goods and Saddlery remained the key growth engine, with third-quarter sales rising 10.8 percent at constant exchange rates to 1.912 billion euros. Ready-to-wear and Accessories declined 2.0 percent, while Watches fell 6.0 percent. The mix leaves Hermès less dependent on broad-based luxury demand, but more reliant on sustained momentum in leather goods.
Americas Lead Regional Growth
For the first nine months, revenue reached 12.260 billion euros, up 5.5 percent at constant exchange rates and 2.9 percent at current exchange rates. The Americas grew 13.1 percent at constant exchange rates, Japan increased 10.5 percent and Europe excluding France advanced 9.0 percent. Asia-Pacific excluding Japan grew 1.6 percent, while the Middle East declined 4.3 percent.
Hermès maintained an ambitious medium-term goal for revenue growth at constant exchange rates. The company also scheduled publication of its 2026 full-year results for February 12, 2027.
