- Foxconn's October sales reached a new monthly high, extending the company's strong growth run.
- Management expects AI operations and seasonal ICT demand to support fourth-quarter performance.
- The November 12 quarterly briefing will provide the next detailed test of margins and AI-server execution.
Foxconn reported record October revenue on Thursday, November 5, 2026, as demand for artificial-intelligence infrastructure and consumer electronics lifted monthly sales to a new high. United Daily News reported that Hon Hai Precision Industry's consolidated revenue reached 1.3053 trillion Taiwan dollars, up 12.66 percent from September and 45.73 percent from a year earlier.
October marked the second consecutive month in which revenue exceeded 1 trillion Taiwan dollars. Revenue for the first ten months reached 8.9751 trillion Taiwan dollars, an increase of 40.40 percent from the same period last year, according to the report. The cumulative figure also set a record for the period.
AI Demand Leads Product Mix
Foxconn said cloud and networking products, smart consumer products, computing products, and components all recorded strong year-over-year growth in October. The company linked the cloud and networking performance to strong demand for AI products, reinforcing the importance of server infrastructure to the current growth cycle.
The monthly product mix was more uneven. Smart consumer products benefited from stronger shipment momentum and higher selling prices, while computing products gained from demand for new products. Components and other products also advanced. Cloud and networking revenue slipped from September, with Foxconn citing consignment arrangements adopted by some customers, tight material supply, and the production ramp-up of new models.
Fourth-Quarter Focus Shifts To Margins
Foxconn said AI operations should continue to grow in the fourth quarter and that the traditional second-half peak season for information and communications technology products should support overall performance in line with current market expectations. The company also warned that a volatile global political and economic environment remains a risk.
The revenue figures provide a strong top-line signal, but they do not show how much of the sales increase reached operating profit. Investors will therefore focus on product margins, supply conditions, customer ordering patterns, and the pace of AI-server production at the company's third-quarter briefing on November 12.
