- Foxconn reported record October revenue as cloud, networking and consumer electronics demand supported growth.
- Chairman Young Liu expects AI servers and related infrastructure to become a larger share of revenue.
- Third-quarter results are due at an investor conference call on November 12.
Foxconn reported record monthly revenue for October on November 5, giving investors a fresh indication of demand across its electronics manufacturing business. Focus Taiwan said Hon Hai Precision Industry generated NT$1.3 trillion in consolidated revenue, up 45.73 percent from a year earlier and 12.66 percent from September.
The October performance extended a strong run for the company. Revenue for the first ten months of 2026 reached a record NT$8.98 trillion, an increase of 40.40 percent from the same period a year earlier. The figures were unaudited and were submitted to the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
AI Infrastructure Drives Strategic Ambition
Cloud and networking products remained supported by demand for artificial intelligence applications, although the segment slipped slightly from September because of changes in the consignment model, supply constraints and the initial ramp-up of new products. Foxconn said it expects its AI-related business to keep growing in the fourth quarter.
A separate report published by Yahoo Finance on November 4 described Chairman Young Liu's ambition to lift Foxconn's AI-server market share from about 40 percent to as much as 50 percent within the next two years. The company expects servers, racks and related infrastructure to contribute between 60 percent and 65 percent of revenue within three to five years, excluding edge AI devices.
Capacity is fully booked for at least 18 months, according to the report. Foxconn also plans to expand its US manufacturing activities and currently allocates between 3 billion and 5 billion US dollars annually to AI-related activities. The expansion raises the growth opportunity while also increasing the importance of investment discipline and customer diversification.
Next Results Checkpoint Nears
Foxconn expects its overall performance to remain in line with market expectations and will present its third-quarter results at an investor conference call on November 12. The November revenue update is expected on December 5, providing another near-term indicator for AI infrastructure demand and the broader electronics cycle.
