- The company is scheduled to submit its interim report on Friday, November 6, after reporting record quarterly revenue.

- The first interim dividend marks a new shareholder-return element after the company completed a major buyback.
Kioxia Holdings enters the week with investors focused on its interim filing scheduled for Friday, November 6. The date was highlighted in a market review published on October 30 by note.com after the company released its results for the six months ended September.
Kioxia reported July-September revenue of 2.48 trillion yen, above its own 2.39 trillion yen forecast, according to the review. The October-December outlook calls for revenue of 2.5 trillion yen and net profit of 1.36 trillion yen, implying only limited sequential expansion despite continued demand from data centers.
Flat outlook puts NAND pricing in focus
The filing will give investors a formal reference point for the first-half figures and management's assumptions for the current quarter. The main operating questions are whether enterprise SSD demand remains strong and how much room NAND prices have to rise after several quarters of rapid improvement.
The market review also points to foreign-exchange sensitivity in the outlook. Kioxia's assumptions include a stronger yen, while the company has not disclosed a full breakdown separating currency effects from pricing and shipment constraints. That leaves the next update important for assessing how durable the recent margin expansion may be.
Kioxia also announced its first interim dividend, set at 90 yen per share on a pre-split basis, with payment scheduled for December 8. The company had completed an 800 billion yen share buyback, making capital returns an additional focus alongside NAND demand and cash generation.
