Qorvo stock retreats after reaching a new 52-week high

Earnings beat meets softer sales

Qorvo delivered adjusted EPS of USD 1.64 in fiscal Q1 2027, above the USD 1.10 consensus estimate, according to Zacks. GAAP net income reached USD 85.8 million, compared with USD 25.6 million in the prior-year quarter, showing that profit growth outpaced the top line.

Revenue totaled USD 784.8 million, below USD 818.8 million a year earlier but above the USD 745.8 million consensus estimate, Zacks reported. The 4.2 percent annual decline keeps smartphone demand central to the investment case, even as cost control supported profitability.

Analog growth offsets cellular pressure

The segment mix explains the result. High-Performance Analog revenue rose to USD 206.3 million from USD 137.4 million in the year-earlier quarter, while Connectivity and Sensors revenue fell to USD 101.9 million from USD 110.2 million, according to Zacks. Advanced Cellular revenue was USD 476.6 million, down 16.6 percent year over year, making the analog business the clearest counterweight to softer mobile demand.

Cash generation also remained material in the latest quarter. Qorvo generated USD 139.5 million in operating cash flow in fiscal Q1 2027, compared with USD 182.9 million a year earlier, while cash and cash equivalents stood at USD 1.33 billion as of June 27, 2026, according to Zacks.

Stock retreats from the session high
