Redcare Pharmacy faces a mixed investor signal after a strong third quarter. Jefferies analyst Martin Comtesse maintained a Buy rating and a EUR 97 price target on Tuesday, while preferring DocMorris in the online pharmacy sector, according to Börse Express. The report said October customer activity remained strong, but also highlighted a more cautious near-term growth picture.
Redcare Pharmacy stock traded at EUR 72.70 on Lang & Schwarz at 18:12 CET on Thursday, November 5, 2026, 0.28 percent above the Xetra close of Wednesday, November 5, 2026. The real-time quote of Redcare Pharmacy stock is available on the market.
Customer Activity Meets Slower Growth
Jefferies' assessment supports the strength of Redcare's customer franchise but does not remove uncertainty around sales momentum. Redcare said non-prescription growth had started October below 10 percent and expected prescription growth to moderate from the exceptionally strong third-quarter rate.
Those comments describe a slower pace of expansion rather than a forecast revenue decline. For investors, the key question is whether strong customer activity translates into sufficient order frequency, product mix and sales growth during the fourth quarter.
Strong Quarter, Targets Unchanged
Redcare increased third-quarter revenue 18 percent year over year to EUR 847 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose 68 percent to EUR 28.7 million, lifting the margin to 3.4 percent. The company also reported a second consecutive profitable quarter.
Prescription revenue in Germany grew 56 percent, while non-prescription revenue increased 9 percent. Redcare retained its 2026 targets for total revenue growth of 16 to 18 percent, non-prescription growth of 10 to 12 percent, German prescription revenue of EUR 730 million to EUR 760 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 2.5 to 3.0 percent.
