Rockwell Automation enters the final trading week before its fiscal 2026 results with fresh product announcements and a sharper focus on industrial artificial intelligence. The company expanded its Automation Fair 2026 showcase on Tuesday, October 27, while new research released Wednesday examined how manufacturers can move AI beyond pilot projects.

Rockwell Automation stock traded at 389.10 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 10:21 CET on Saturday, October 31, 2026. The real-time quote of Rockwell Automation stock is available for investors tracking the weekend indication.

Broader Portfolio Targets Industrial AI

In its Automation Fair announcement, Rockwell highlighted the LogixEdge Controller, CompactLogix 5390 Controller, PointMax I/O and new drive and control products. The lineup also included FactoryTalk Conductor, FactoryTalk AssetIQ, FactoryTalk Design Workbench, FactoryTalk ResilientEdge and expanded SecureOT offerings.

The product range shows Rockwell linking hardware, software, industrial intelligence and cybersecurity across the production lifecycle. For investors, the commercial question is whether these offerings can lift software adoption and recurring digital activity while supporting demand for core automation systems.

AI Adoption Meets Execution Hurdles

Rockwell's new research said nearly 90 percent of food and beverage manufacturers already use AI and machine learning or plan to do so soon. It also found that manufacturers effectively use only about 45 percent of the data they collect, underscoring the need for connected systems and stronger IT/OT integration.

The report said AI-supported manufacturing processes could rise from approximately 37 percent today to more than 60 percent by 2030. It also pointed to workforce readiness, with 93 percent of manufacturers expecting smart manufacturing to reshape their workforce and 40 percent reporting employee reskilling during the past year.

Results Set The Next Catalyst

Rockwell Automation is scheduled to release fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter and full-year results before the market opens on Thursday, November 5, together with fiscal 2027 guidance. The report should give investors a clearer view of demand, margin performance and the pace at which the expanding software and AI portfolio is translating into orders and revenue.
