Salesforce expanded Agentforce Coworker on Thursday, November 5, 2026, as the company seeks to move enterprise AI from isolated assistants into daily workflows. In a Salesforce announcement, the company said usage had grown 21-fold in three months and that more than 185,000 users were putting Coworker to work.

The product is designed to let employees delegate a task rather than select and coordinate individual AI agents. Salesforce said Coworker can use customer records, business metadata and connected information through Data 360, then coordinate supported Agentforce agents and workflows before returning results and recommended actions for review.

New integrations widen adoption path

The update brings Coworker into Microsoft Teams, allowing users to request work from a conversation while retaining Salesforce context, permissions and governance controls. New Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connections add emails, calendars and files to customer-related tasks, which Salesforce said can support meeting briefs and renewal plans.

New applications for iOS, Mac and Windows are intended to keep delegated work moving across devices. Conversation History lets users resume work across Salesforce, Teams and the new applications, while Skills can turn a proven workflow into a repeatable one-line request for a wider team.

Salesforce said Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connectivity, Conversation History, Skills and the per-user subscription option are available now. Coworker in Microsoft Teams and the iOS, Mac and Windows applications are generally available in November 2026. Scheduled tasks and Daily Digest are expected in December, while additional mobile-app integrations are planned for Field Service, Consumer Goods Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud.

Pricing puts usage under scrutiny

The new plan costs 50 US dollars per user per month. That gives customers a predictable entry point, but the investment case will depend on whether recurring use expands beyond early deployments and produces measurable gains in sales, service and administrative work.

Salesforce highlighted The Adecco Group, which is expanding Coworker across 40 countries. Adecco chief executive Denis Machuel said the tool gives employees a single interface for candidate history and client context. The example supports Salesforce's effort to position existing customer data and permissions as an advantage in enterprise AI adoption.
