Sanofi reported strong third-quarter growth on October 30, 2026, and raised its full-year outlook. The company's press release said sales increased 14.3% at constant exchange rates in the third quarter.
Dupixent leads quarterly growth
Dupixent sales rose 34.8% to 5.7 billion euros, exceeding 5 billion euros for the second time in a quarter. Sales from pharmaceutical launches increased 31.4% to 1.4 billion euros, supported by ALTUVIIIO, Ayvakit and Rezurock.
Vaccine sales declined 6.6% to 3.2 billion euros as respiratory-prevention volumes followed the anticipated phasing. Sanofi's business earnings per share rose 19.6% at constant exchange rates to 3.55 euros, while IFRS earnings per share reached 2.52 euros.
Higher targets raise execution stakes
Sanofi now expects full-year 2026 sales to grow by a low-teens percentage at constant exchange rates. Business EPS is expected to increase by a mid-teens percentage. Management linked the stronger outlook to commercial momentum, cost discipline and the performance of new medicines and Dupixent.
The company also highlighted two regulatory approvals, one regulatory submission acceptance and two additional regulatory designations during the quarter. For investors, the upgraded targets improve the near-term operating picture, while the planned transition beyond Dupixent's exclusivity remains an important longer-term portfolio issue.
