Savills, the company behind Savills stock, was appointed by Real Estate Management (UK) Ltd on September 24, 2026, to provide energy management services across a central London portfolio, Savills reported. The assignment covers 2.5 million sq ft of premium lettable space and a development pipeline valued at GBP 320 million-GBP 400 million.

REM mandate adds recurring work

Savills Energy will provide utilities management, compliance support and financial, operational and sustainability reporting for REM assets including The Shard, Park House and Pall Mall. The contract gives Savills a concrete role in managing operating costs and regulatory requirements across a large mixed-use portfolio.

The mandate arrives as the group emphasizes recurring and advisory services alongside property transactions. Savills states that it has more than 42,000 staff across more than 70 countries and operates across residential, office, industrial, infrastructure, retail, leisure, healthcare, rural and hotel property services, Savills says.

Half-year figures support the valuation case

For the half year ended June 30, 2026, Savills reported group revenue of GBP 1.23 billion, group underlying profit before tax of GBP 34.3 million and group underlying earnings per share of 17.9 pence, according to its investor-relations results page. The revenue figure provides the scale, while the profit measure shows the earnings contribution behind the new mandate.

IT Boltwise reported that adjusted profit before tax rose 47 percent in the first half of 2026 to GBP 34.3 million. That comparison matters because it links the expansion in revenue to a stronger earnings outcome rather than relying on transaction volume alone.

Berenberg started coverage with a Buy recommendation and a GBp 1,375 price target, according to Scottish Widows. Against the October 1, 2026 primary-exchange price of GBp 1,012.00, that target lies 35.87 percent above the price, using the same pence denomination.

Stock remains below yearly high

On October 1, 2026, Savills traded at GBp 1,012.00 on the London Stock Exchange at 12:49 p.m. BST, down 1.75 percent from the prior close of GBp 1,030.00. Its 52-week range was GBp 791.46 to GBp 1,142.00, leaving the stock 11.38 percent below the high and 27.88 percent above the low.
