It retired 1.2 billion US dollars of principal debt, reducing gross debt to 2.4 billion US dollars at quarter-end, and retired another 750 million US dollars after the reporting date.

Execution remains the next test
Seagate stock traded at 503.00 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 17:34 CET on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. That was 6.85 percent below the 540.00-euro quote in the company's latest own report at 11:00 CET the same day. The comparison reflects the move since that report, not a Xetra daily performance measure.
Management said long-term customer demand visibility and its HAMR-based technology roadmap support a multi-year growth phase. For investors, the key issue is whether higher shipments, pricing discipline and the rollout of newer products can sustain the stronger earnings outlook.
