- Digiserve now operates as Telkom Solusi Indonesia under Telkom's direct ownership.
- Management links the move to the TLKM 30 transformation program and broader enterprise capabilities.
- The restructuring is intended to improve integration, while financial benefits depend on execution.
Telkom Indonesia has moved Digiserve into a direct-subsidiary structure, sharpening the group's focus on enterprise technology and business-to-business information and communications services. The change became legally effective on November 1, 2026, and Digiserve now operates under the name PT Telkom Solusi Indonesia.
MNC Sekuritas reported that the transaction is intended to strengthen Telkom's enterprise business and support new growth. Its research said the enterprise business currently contributes less than 15 percent of Telkom's revenue, with management targeting a long-term contribution of 20 to 40 percent.
What has changed since the last report
The ownership change gives Telkom's enterprise operations a more direct platform within the group. Management has linked the step to the TLKM 30 transformation program, with the stated aims of improving portfolio alignment, integrating capabilities and creating more room for innovation and strategic cooperation.
The move is a structural milestone rather than an immediate earnings catalyst. The research view is that potential benefits depend on combining corporate digital solutions, improving customer coverage and turning a more focused operating model into sustainable enterprise growth.
