Tower Semiconductor will publish its third-quarter 2026 results and discuss fourth-quarter guidance on Monday, November 2. The company announced the schedule on October 13 in an investor-relations release. The conference call is set for 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
Tower Semiconductor stock traded at 158.25 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 11:19 CET on Friday, October 30, 2026. Investors are heading into the report after a period of elevated expectations for the Israeli analog foundry, whose products serve automotive, industrial, communications and other markets.
Growth plan meets earnings test
The main operating question is whether Tower is still on track to scale its silicon photonics business while adding manufacturing capacity. In a 24/7 Wall St. analysis published October 27, analyst Rich Duprey highlighted silicon photonics, capacity timing and fourth-quarter guidance as the key issues for the report.
Tower's second-quarter revenue reached 460.08 million US dollars, up from 372.06 million dollars a year earlier. GAAP net profit attributable to the company was 90.77 million dollars, compared with 46.55 million dollars in the prior-year quarter, while diluted GAAP earnings per share increased to 0.79 dollars from 0.41 dollars. Adjusted diluted earnings per share was 0.88 dollars, after excluding stock-based compensation and amortization of acquired intangible assets.
Management guided for third-quarter revenue of 520 million dollars at the midpoint, with a 5 percent range on either side. The midpoint would represent 31 percent year-over-year growth and 13 percent sequential growth from the second quarter. The November 2 release will show whether that target translated into delivered revenue and how management frames the final quarter of 2026.
Silicon photonics remains central
Chief Executive Officer Russell Ellwanger said in the August 4 results release that silicon photonics had reached a 680 million dollar annual revenue run rate in the second quarter, compared with 180 million dollars a year earlier. Tower said it plans to exceed a 1 billion dollar annual run rate in the fourth quarter of 2026 and expects continued growth through 2027.
The company also raised its 2028 business model to 3.6 billion dollars of revenue and 1.2 billion dollars of net profit. Management said the target was fully spoken for by customers. That outlook places greater importance on execution: capacity expansion, customer demand and the timing of equipment qualification will determine how quickly the longer-term model converts into reported earnings.
Capital spending is another focus for investors. Tower invested 186.59 million dollars in property and equipment in the second quarter, while operating cash flow was 176.97 million dollars. The spending reflects the company’s expansion program but also keeps investment intensity high as the business scales.
