Tower generated third-quarter revenue of 526.161 million US dollars, up 33 percent from the year-earlier period. Guidance points to stronger connectivity demand
The fourth-quarter revenue outlook carries a range of plus or minus 5 percent. Its midpoint represents 36 percent year-over-year growth and 14 percent sequential growth from the third quarter. Management expects 2026 revenue to reach 2 billion US dollars and sees a 2.4 billion US dollar annualized revenue run rate at year-end.
Chief Executive Officer Russell Ellwanger said high-speed connectivity demand, particularly in silicon photonics and silicon germanium, is driving growth across Tower's core businesses. The company targets an annualized silicon photonics revenue run rate of 1.1 billion US dollars in the fourth quarter.
Capacity expansion remains central
Tower said its ongoing capacity investments, including the Track-1 Japan 300mm buildout, are progressing ahead of schedule. Customer contracts are being extended through 2029, supporting the company's long-term expansion plans while execution, delivery and qualification remain important operating factors.
