Vinci stock: Warbud wins 149 million euro Warsaw hall contract

VINCI said on October 28 that Warsaw had awarded its Polish subsidiary Warbud the second phase of the Sinfonia Varsovia Centrum project. The contract covers a total of 149 million euros and is expected to be completed in 2030, according to the VINCI press release.

New contract expands Polish activity

The project includes a concert hall with 1,877 seats, which VINCI describes as Poland's largest. It will also provide music production and broadcast facilities, while two historic buildings with a combined area of 2,185 square metres will be renovated and connected to the main structure.

A public garden and a 400-metre suspended promenade are part of the planned complex. The award adds another cultural-infrastructure project to Warbud's Polish activity, which includes previous work on opera, philharmonic and museum facilities.
