- Warbud will build the second phase of the Sinfonia Varsovia Centrum in Warsaw for the City of Warsaw.
- The complex will include Poland's largest concert hall, music production and broadcast facilities, renovated historic buildings and public spaces.
- VINCI expects construction to be completed in 2030, extending Warbud's portfolio of major cultural projects in Poland.
VINCI's Polish subsidiary Warbud has won a contract to build the second phase of the Sinfonia Varsovia Centrum in Warsaw. VINCI announced the award on Wednesday, October 28, saying the City of Warsaw had selected Warbud for the project, which carries a total contract value of EUR 149 million. The company's press release sets completion in 2030.
The development will become the new home of the Sinfonia Varsovia symphony orchestra. At its centre will be a concert hall with capacity for 1,877 people, alongside music production and broadcast facilities. The scheme also includes the renovation and connection of two historic buildings with a combined floor area of 2,185 square metres.
Construction Scope Supports Visibility
A public garden and a 400-metre suspended promenade are also part of the complex. For Warbud, the award adds a large, multi-year cultural infrastructure project to its Polish order pipeline. Revenue recognition will be spread across the construction period rather than concentrated at the award date, while execution and cost control will remain important factors for the subsidiary.
VINCI said Warbud has delivered several major cultural facilities in Poland, including the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic in Bialystok, the headquarters of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice, the Mieczyslaw Karlowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin and the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw. The group also said its subsidiaries have operated in Poland for many years, with more than 4,000 employees in the country and revenue of nearly EUR 1 billion in 2025.

Vinci stock traded at EUR 109.13 on Lang & Schwarz at 10:13 CET on Monday, November 2, 2026. The quote gives investors a current trading reference as the new contract adds to the construction pipeline, but the project alone does not change the group's broader earnings outlook.
