Bitcoin price was displayed at 77,871.9 USD on Investing.com at 06:33:40 on November 1, 2026. The BTC/USD page showed a daily range of 77,496.2 to 77,873.7 USD, a 24-hour volume of 10.75 billion USD and a market capitalization of 1.56 trillion USD. The page identified Bitcoin as BTC and ranked it first among cryptocurrencies.
ETF outflows raise pressure
Bitcoin entered November after a weak October. Investing.com reported that Bitcoin fell 7.3 percent during October, closing the month near 77,558 USD after opening near 83,554 USD. US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded 643.3 million USD in net outflows on October 30, the largest daily withdrawal of that month according to the report.
That flow data matters because institutional demand has become an important part of the market's recent liquidity picture. Investing.com said cumulative ETF inflows had fallen to approximately 57 billion USD from an October peak of 57.8 billion USD. The report also cited Bitcoin futures open interest of 686,000 BTC and said long positions accounted for 79 percent of liquidations.
Binance hack adds a security shock
The market backdrop was further unsettled by the Binance attack disclosed in late October. According to AFP, the FBI attributed the theft of more than 6 billion USD in virtual assets to the North Korea-linked TraderTraitor group. AFP reported that Binance had set aside more than 6.34 billion USD to cover losses and had used company funds to replenish 90 percent of the stolen assets. The exchange said the remaining tokens were less liquid and could take longer to source.
For investors, the combination of weaker flows and a major exchange security incident increases uncertainty, but it does not establish a fixed direction for Bitcoin. Investing.com cited 75,000 USD as a key support level and 80,000 USD as a level Bitcoin would need to reclaim for a sustained recovery. Those are market reference points, not forecasts.
What Bitcoin holders should monitor
The displayed Bitcoin price remains below the 52-week high of 111,229.8 USD shown on Investing.com's BTC page, while the page listed a 52-week low of 57,832.5 USD. The figures underline the wide trading range investors are navigating. ETF flows, exchange-security updates and whether BTC holds the reported support area are likely to remain central to short-term risk assessment.
