Polygon Labs has added Solana to its payments stack, extending the network's role in bank and stablecoin transfers. Solana price data remained close to 103 USD as recent U.S. spot-fund outflows kept market pressure in focus.

Solana Expands Payments Reach Amid ETF Outflows

  • Polygon Labs added Solana to its Open Money Stack for bank connections, stablecoin transfers and payouts.
  • Investing.com displayed SOL at 102.778 USD, while the verified 00:00 UTC reference close was 102.32 USD.
  • U.S. spot SOL funds recorded 24.82 million USD of net outflows on October 27 and 28, according to crypto.news.
  • Solana's October 29 engineering update listed new Agave, Firedancer and Solana Kit releases.

Solana is gaining another payments connection while its token remains near the 103 USD level. Polygon Labs said it has added Solana to the Open Money Stack, a platform designed to connect bank accounts, crypto transfers and global payouts through one integration.

The Block reported that Kira is among the first customers using the Solana expansion to connect stablecoin transfers with U.S. dollar accounts and supplier payments. The integration also links Solana with other networks, including Polygon, Ethereum and TRON. The development broadens the number of payment routes available to businesses, but it does not by itself establish additional token demand.

Price Holds Near the Daily Reference

Investing.com displayed SOL at 102.778 USD on its real-time SOL/USD page, with the page showing 22:54:35 Berlin time, a 24-hour volume of 2.61 billion USD, a market capitalization of 60.30 billion USD and a rank of seventh. Its quoted daily range was 100.460 to 103.680 USD, while the 52-week range was 60.200 to 201.617 USD. The displayed circulating supply was 589.93 million SOL.

For the UTC daily comparison, TokenPost identified 102.32 USD as the latest completed close at 00:00 UTC on October 29. Against that basis, the Investing.com quote was 0.45 percent higher. That comparison is separate from a rolling 24-hour change and should not be read as a session close.

Fund Flows Remain a Risk Signal

According to crypto.news, U.S. spot SOL exchange-traded funds recorded combined net outflows of 24.82 million USD on October 27 and 28, consisting of 19.16 million USD and 5.66 million USD respectively. The same report said a wallet tracked by Lookonchain sold 1.02 million SOL over five days, valued at approximately 104.3 million USD. The reported wallet activity and fund flows are separate observations; neither source establishes a direct causal link to the quoted market price.

Solana's network development continues alongside the weaker market backdrop. In its October 29 changelog, the Solana Foundation listed Agave v4.4.0, Firedancer Mainnet Release v26.10.5 and Solana Kit v8.6.0, alongside work on validator performance, RPC infrastructure and offchain message signing. These releases are engineering developments, not price forecasts.

For investors tracking Solana price developments, the immediate picture combines a new payments integration and ongoing protocol work with ETF withdrawals and elevated market sensitivity around the 100 USD area. Further direction will depend on future fund flows, broader crypto conditions and adoption of the network's infrastructure. More coverage is available on the Solana topic page.
