RtBrick, the next-generation routing software reshaping telecom networks globally, today announced plans to expand its engineering workforce in India by more than 50%, following another year of strong financial performance. The company posted its fourth cashflow-positive year out of the last five years, along with over 300% year-on-year revenue growth, as operators race to modernize legacy networks.

 

This strong momentum comes on the heels of a record year in which RtBrick added 10 new telecoms customers, reinforcing its leadership in disaggregated networking.

The Chennai facility is staffed by engineers specializing in disaggregated routing and provides real-time technical support to the company’s rapidly expanding global customer base. It joins the company’s established technology hubs across India and Europe, forming a comprehensive international backbone that supports telecom operators at scale.
