In a September 22, 2026 media release, Sulzer said its DEVO purification technology had been delivered to BeyondPoly’s Version 2.0 polyolefin elastomer plant in China. Sulzer said BeyondPoly and Sulzer had signed the final acceptance certificate for the purification unit, confirming that it had been installed, tested and was operating as intended. The plant has a production capacity of 100,000 tons per year and was operating at its planned production capacity, according to the release.
