Record quarter lifts operating momentum
September revenue came to US$87.7 million, up 33.8 percent from September 2025 and 0.2 percent from August. The figures were unaudited and were reported in both New Taiwan dollars and U.S. dollars using the company’s stated exchange rate.
ChipMOS said growth was supported by sustained artificial intelligence demand that exceeded available memory supply. The company is deploying additional capacity to meet existing customer forecasts and long-term supply agreements while demand broadens across memory and storage end markets.
