Enter Air stock expands in Romania with new local branch

Enter Air has opened a branch in Romania as it expands its role in the country's charter market, according to a Romania Insider report published on October 27, 2026. The report said the move is linked to Enter Air's partnership with travel agency Paralela 45.

A new foothold in Romania

Paralela 45 was acquired in 2025 by Polish tour operator Rainbow Tours, which is described as an international partner of Enter Air. Under the partnership, Enter Air is expected to operate most of the charter flights in Paralela 45's summer 2027 programme.

The planned programme is set to cover destinations including Greece, Turkey and Spain. It also includes a new Bucharest-Tirana charter route, giving Enter Air a more direct operating presence in a market served through tourism partnerships.

Business model remains tour-focused

Enter Air specialises in transporting tourists for travel agencies and tour operators rather than primarily selling individual tickets on scheduled routes. The company also operates a pilot and crew training centre and provides fleet maintenance and related technical services through subsidiaries, according to the report.

For investors, the Romanian branch represents an expansion of the airline's operating network and its access to tour-operator demand. The commercial importance will depend on the execution of the planned programme and the level of capacity ultimately assigned to the partnership.
