- FPT approved a cash distribution plan for eligible shareholders.
- Overseas IT services remained the companys main growth engine in the first nine months.
FPT Corporation has approved an interim cash dividend for the first quarter of 2026, according to a Vietnam.vn report published on October 29, 2026. The plan provides a cash payment of VND 1,000 per share, equivalent to 10% of par value.
Payment timetable and capital base
The last registration date for shareholders to exercise the entitlement is November 30, 2026. FPT expects to make the payment on December 10, 2026. Following its bonus share issue, the company has 1,885,727,648 shares outstanding, implying a total distribution of approximately VND 1,885.7 billion.
The dividend decision follows a 10:1 bonus share issuance that increased FPTs charter capital and expanded the number of shares in circulation. The distribution is an announced corporate action; the registration and payment dates remain the key dates for investors monitoring eligibility.
Operating performance remains positive
FPT reported revenue of VND 40,023 billion for the first nine months of 2026, up 12.4% from the same period a year earlier. After-tax profit reached VND 7,776.4 billion, an increase of 13.7%.
Overseas IT products and services generated VND 28,538 billion in revenue, representing growth of 11.6% and making the international business the groups largest reported growth contributor. FPT also won 16 projects valued at more than USD 10 million each during the period. Domestic IT products and services produced VND 6,977 billion in revenue and VND 542 billion in pre-tax profit.
Investor perspective
The dividend provides a defined cash distribution schedule, while the operating figures indicate that FPTs international services business continued to expand. Investors should distinguish the announced dividend entitlement from any expectation about the future share price.
