Javer drives Vinte's expansion

  • Grupo Vinte's integration of Javer and Derex expanded its housing platform across 12 Mexican states.
  • Higher revenue and EBITDA were accompanied by lower third-quarter net income as taxes and selling costs increased.
  • Javer's housing business focuses on affordable entry-level, middle-income, and residential homes in Mexico.

Grupo Vinte's integration of Javer has made the Mexican homebuilder its main revenue engine, according to Expansion Obras. In a report published Wednesday, October 21, the publication said Javer generated MXN 8,354.6 million in sales during the first nine months of 2026, representing 70% of Vinte's consolidated revenue.

Acquisition changes Vinte's mix

Vinte completed the Javer acquisition at the end of 2024 and also incorporated Derex in 2025. Together, the two businesses contributed MXN 8,983 million, or 75.3% of Vinte's consolidated revenue from January through September 2026.

The combined platform operates across 12 Mexican states and has capacity for about 54 active real-estate developments a year. Its main markets include the State of Mexico, Queretaro, Hidalgo, Quintana Roo, Puebla, and Nuevo Leon.

Revenue growth meets profit pressure

Vinte's third-quarter revenue rose 5.9% year over year to MXN 4,361.1 million, while net income fell 0.6% to MXN 377.3 million. For the first nine months, revenue increased 7.9% to MXN 11,928.2 million, EBITDA advanced 12.3% to MXN 2,182.8 million, and net income rose 3.8% to MXN 1,011.4 million.

Higher taxes and selling expenses weighed on the quarterly result. Vinte also deeded 3,565 homes in the third quarter, down 10% from a year earlier, while the average home price increased 17.5% to MXN 1.2 million.
