Clinic deal expands investment pipeline

As Business Insider reported on September 23, 2026, MCI.EuroVentures 1.0 is acquiring 67.5 percent of Klinika Miracki and could invest PLN 100 million to PLN 200 million in the project. The clinic operates in the medical and aesthetics market, giving MCI exposure to healthcare and longevity alongside its existing technology themes.

The deal is conditional, according to Reuters, but its size places the investment within the group strategy announced in September 2026.

Profit rises while NAV stays higher

MCI Capital reported PLN 36.1 million in net profit for the first half of 2026, compared with PLN 34.5 million in the first half of 2025, a 4.9 percent increase. Earnings per share rose to PLN 0.69 from PLN 0.66 over the same period.

NAV per share was PLN 38.60 as of June 30, 2026. Against the September 24 share price of PLN 27.10, the stock traded 29.8 percent below that NAV measure, a gap that gives investors a direct way to compare market value with the reported portfolio value.

The company also reported equity above PLN 2 billion for the first half of 2026. Its approved dividend from 2025 profit is PLN 1.58 per share, with payment scheduled for September 30, 2026.
