Eleven promoter and promoter-group entities acquired 2,211,776 Natco Pharma shares through the company's rights issue, according to a Choice Equity Broking report published on October 30, 2026. The acquisitions took place on October 26 at an issue price of INR 750 per share.
Promoter holdings move higher
Time Cap Pharma Labs acquired 933,333 shares, while Venkaiah Chowdary Nannapaneni acquired 586,666 shares. Other disclosed buyers included Neelima Sita Nannapaneni, Rajeev Nannapaneni, VS Swathi Kantamani, KR Kumar and Natsoft Information Systems.
The total acquisition value was reported at INR 1.6588 billion. Time Cap Pharma Labs' holding rose from 8.76 percent to 9.23 percent, while Nannapaneni's holding increased from 14.30 percent to 14.60 percent, according to the same report.
