- Nurix reported cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities of USD 1.1 billion at quarter-end.
Nurix Therapeutics stock is in focus after the biotechnology company reported its fiscal third-quarter results on October 12, 2026. The quarter ended August 31, 2026, and was marked by the Roche collaboration, clinical progress for bexobrutideg and a substantial increase in reported revenue. Nurix's official results release provides the underlying figures and program update.
Roche deal changes quarterly profile
Revenue reached USD 673.1 million, compared with USD 7.9 million in the prior-year quarter. The increase was driven mainly by USD 653.2 million of license revenue from the Roche collaboration and a USD 10.0 million development milestone from Sanofi.
Nurix reported net income of USD 549.8 million, or USD 4.73 per diluted share, versus a net loss of USD 86.4 million, or USD 1.03 per share, a year earlier. The figures therefore reflect significant collaboration and milestone revenue rather than a recurring commercial product base.
Clinical pipeline moves forward
Nurix enrolled the first patient in the registrational Phase 3 DAYBreak CLL-306 trial, which compares bexobrutideg with pirtobrutinib in approximately 620 patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. The company also began recruiting for a Phase 1b/2 study of bexobrutideg in combination with venetoclax.
The company said it had advanced NX-1607 into Phase 1b expansion cohorts covering microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer, non-small-cell lung cancer, metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer and metastatic melanoma. It also discontinued further clinical development of NX-2127 as part of a strategic prioritization of its wholly owned oncology portfolio.
Liquidity supports longer development runway
Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities stood at USD 1.1 billion at August 31, 2026, after Nurix received the USD 700 million upfront payment associated with the Roche collaboration. Management said the balance provided a runway into the second half of 2029, although future development remains dependent on clinical, regulatory and collaboration milestones.
