Perella Weinberg Partners reported third-quarter 2026 results on October 29, with revenue of $251.4 million, according to the company’s GlobeNewswire release. The figure was 53% above the year-earlier quarter and 61% above the second quarter.
Revenue growth and profitability
The advisory firm said the increase was driven by more fee-paying clients and a larger share of fee events exceeding $5 million. Higher M&A revenue supported the result, while financing and capital solutions revenue was lower.
GAAP income before taxes was $35.2 million, compared with $11.6 million a year earlier. GAAP diluted earnings per share were $0.21. On an adjusted, if-converted basis, diluted earnings per share were $0.39, while adjusted income before taxes reached $56.5 million. The adjusted figures exclude items including acquisition-related incentives, business realignment costs and amortization of acquired intangible assets.
Pipeline and strategic expansion
For the first nine months of 2026, revenue was $556.8 million, up 5% from the prior-year period. Perella Weinberg also said it added 14 partners and 13 managing directors during the year and completed its acquisition of Gleacher Shacklock on September 1.
The company entered the final quarter with $150 million in cash, no outstanding debt and an undrawn revolving credit facility. It said it had returned $88.3 million to equity holders during the first nine months through share-related transactions, dividends and partnership distributions.
Dividend and investor context
The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per Class A share, payable December 8 to shareholders of record on November 24. The release also reported an adjusted compensation margin of 67% for the first nine months, unchanged from the comparable period.
