Ssangyong C&E will move its headquarters operations from Seoul to Donghae in December after shareholders approved the change on October 14, according to Seoul Economic Daily. The move changes the registered head office address from Seoul to Donghae, where the company operates a major production site.

The relocation is part of a two-site operating structure in Gangwon State. Management support functions, including planning, accounting, administration and auditing, will move to Donghae, while the environmental business division will be based at the Yeongwol plant.
