Sygnity's wholly owned Dutch subsidiary Tessara Blue acquired all shares in German software company g.on experience, according to a report published on October 2, 2026. Investing.com reported that the transaction transfers g.on experience into the Sygnity group through Tessara Blue.

Acquisition broadens software portfolio

g.on experience, based in Münster, Germany, develops, produces and maintains software for managing complex infrastructure with geolocation technology. Its customer base includes airports, industrial and chemical facilities, shopping and residential centers, electricity suppliers and public authorities.

The preliminary purchase price was EUR 7.2 million and remains subject to a post-closing settlement under the agreement. The seller, TSS Europe, is Sygnity's majority shareholder, making the transaction a related-party acquisition.

Strategy centers on specialized IT vendors

Sygnity said the acquisition is consistent with its strategy of investing surplus cash in a group of independent IT vendors. The focus is on proprietary, critical solutions for selected industries and sectors.

Sygnity had previously reported interest in acquiring g.on experience in reports issued in 2022, 2023 and 2024. The transaction therefore adds a new German specialist to an expansion strategy that targets sector-specific software capabilities.
