- Iveco will publish its third-quarter 2026 results on November 3, earlier than previously planned.
Tata Motors has completed the initial settlement of its recommended tender offer for Iveco Group, bringing the Italian commercial vehicle maker into the Indian automaker's group. Iveco Group announced the transaction on October 30, 2026, in a Iveco Group announcement.
Control Passes To Tata Motors
TML CV Holdings B.V., acting through Tata Motors' wholly owned structure, now holds 238,157,212 Iveco common shares. That represents 89.42 percent of Iveco's common share capital excluding treasury shares, and Iveco is now part of Tata Motors.
The offer will reopen for five trading sessions from November 2 through November 6, 2026. Shares tendered during that period are scheduled to settle on November 13. The company said further post-offer steps could include a voluntary purchase procedure, a Dutch legal squeeze-out, or a post-offer demerger and liquidation.
Governance And Results Ahead
The settlement changes Iveco's board and committees. Tata Group Chairman N. Chandrasekaran becomes chairperson and senior non-executive director, while Tata Motors executives P. B. Balaji and Girish Wagh join the board as non-executive directors. Olof Persson remains chief executive officer.
Iveco also said it had repurchased all outstanding special voting shares for no consideration. Its third-quarter 2026 financial results are now due on November 3 rather than November 5, giving investors an earlier update on the newly controlled business.
