Totvs stock gets new digital-account push with Itaú venture

TOTVS and Itaú launched Conta+ Techfin on October 22, adding a digital account to the software company's Protheus ERP platform. The product brings payments, reconciliation and credit functions into the same environment, according to El Fondo.

New financial tools inside Protheus

Conta+ Techfin is operated by Techfin ERP Finance, a joint venture formed by TOTVS and Itaú in 2022, with each company holding 50 percent. The service links banking movements directly with ERP records and is designed to reduce manual downloads and reconciliation work.

The account also supports receivables advances, instalment options and working-capital solutions. Corporate controls include approval limits and transaction audit trails, extending the financial functions available to companies using Protheus.

Results scheduled for November

TOTVS says its third-quarter 2026 earnings release is scheduled for November 4 after the trading session. An English-language conference is set for November 5 at 9 a.m. Eastern time, giving investors the next planned update on recurring revenue, cloud products and the company's technology strategy.

Brazilian software platform

TOTVS describes itself as Brazil's largest technology company, serving more than 70,000 clients across 12 economic segments. Its portfolio covers Management, Techfin and Business Performance, with recurring software revenue, cloud-based solutions, a local distribution network and operations serving more than 40 countries, according to the TOTVS investor relations website.
