Vietnam Rubber (VN000000GVR1) unveiled a new brand identity on October 23, 2026, as nine-month 2026 revenue reached VND 29.428 trillion and pretax profit stood at VND 6.818 trillion. According to Vietnam.vn, the new identity centers on green growth, resilience and a broader agricultural-industrial model.
Green growth follows stronger revenue
The operating figures give the rebranding a measurable backdrop. Revenue for the first nine months of 2026 rose 28.90 percent from the same period of 2025, while pretax profit reached 98.80 percent of the full-year plan. The figures were reported by Vietnam Rubber Group.
Vietnam Rubber's diversification is visible in its operating footprint. The company manages more than 377,800 hectares of rubber plantations across Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, employs more than 80,000 people and operates across rubber, wood, industrial parks, high-tech agriculture and renewable energy.
Three milestones chart the change
The chronology is clear. On December 6, 2025, Vietnam Rubber reported 2025 consolidated revenue of VND 32.007 trillion and profit growth of more than 23 percent, according to Vietnam Rubber Group. On October 2, 2026, the group presented nine-month revenue of VND 29.428 trillion and pretax profit of VND 6.818 trillion. On October 23, 2026, it launched the new identity alongside its 20-year group anniversary, as reported by Nhan Dan.
What does green growth mean for earnings?
The strategy reaches beyond rubber tapping. Vietnam Rubber says its wood factories produced 1.2 million cubic meters annually, while its hydropower companies have installed capacity of 134 megawatts. The group also plans consolidated revenue of VND 181.6 trillion to VND 186.8 trillion for 2026 through 2030, with pretax profit of VND 37.1 trillion to VND 38.1 trillion, according to Nhan Dan. Those targets make the shift toward industrial parks, wood and energy more than a branding exercise.
Two dates mark the next phase
The next milestones are October 28, 2026, the 97th anniversary of Vietnam's rubber industry tradition, and October 30, 2026, the 20th anniversary of the group. Both dates were named in the report by Nhan Dan.
Listing and business breadth
Vietnam Rubber Group trades under ticker GVR.VN on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange and is classified in the Materials sector, according to Global Banking and Finance. Its combination of 115 member companies and six operating groups gives investors a broader earnings picture than rubber prices alone.
