Heavy-duty seating, USB-C connectivity, and recycled plastics are shaping the latest wave of workplace hardware arriving this month. Manufacturers are targeting hybrid work setups, energy efficiency, and users with specific ergonomic needs.
LiberNovo launched its Maxis-series office chairs on June 16, built for larger and taller users. The seats support up to 181 kilograms and carry BIFMA certification. Three variations are available: a manual base model, an electric version with lumbar support, and the Airflow variant featuring active seat ventilation. All offer five to six steps of recline adjustment between 105 and 160 degrees. Early buyers can secure introductory discounts until the end of July; regular deliveries start August 10. Mid-June also saw the release of LiberNovo’s Omni SE and Omni Pro models as complementary options.
AOC is updating its monitor lineup with the E4 series, aimed at hybrid workplaces. The 24E4CV, Q27E4CV, and ultra-wide CU34E4CW integrate a USB-C docking station that powers laptops at up to 90 watts while handling data and video. A built-in 1 Gbit/s RJ45 port connects to the office network. The 34-inch model additionally includes a smart KVM switch, letting users operate two computers with a single keyboard and mouse. All monitors are TÜV Rheinland certified, height-adjustable by up to 180 millimetres, and feature enclosures made from at least 85 percent recycled plastic. The series meets EPEAT Gold and TCO Certified Generation 10 standards.

Docking stations are becoming smarter. The Baseus Spacemate RD1 Pro uses gallium-nitride (GaN) technology to deliver 160 watts total power across 15 ports. Two USB-C outputs each supply 100 watts, while HDMI connections support 4K at 120 Hz. An integrated display shows real-time energy consumption.

Mobile professionals get the ASUS ExpertBook Ultra, a 14-inch notebook weighing under one kilogram. Optimized for AI workloads, its NPU delivers 50 TOPS of performance. NIST-standard security features make it suitable for field use.
