The departure of Chief Operating Officer Nader Kabbani from his role prompted an immediate and sharp negative reaction in the company’s stock price.
Effective November 2, 2025, Nader Kabbani will transition from his COO position to serve as a strategic advisor focusing on global initiatives, a role he will maintain through July 2026.
