Effective January 1, Scott Buchanan formally assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Founder Brandon Mintz transitioned to the position of Executive Chairman. In a related development, CEO Scott Buchanan sold 7,000 Class A shares on January 7 pursuant to a pre-arranged 10b5-1 trading plan. This plan was established on April 8, 2025. Following this transaction, Buchanan retains direct ownership of 612,276 shares.

The acquired kiosks will be fully integrated into Bitcoin Depot's platform and rebranded in the coming weeks. Existing Instant Coin Bank customers will gain access to Bitcoin Depot's customer service and compliance programs. Company leadership emphasized that acquisitions of this nature are a core component of its long-term plan to consolidate the Bitcoin ATM industry.
