Shares of Japanese Bitcoin pioneer Metaplanet experienced a sharp 4.99% decline on Friday, closing at 533 yen. The sell-off occurred immediately following regulatory filings revealing that global investment firm Capital Group has accumulated an 11.45% stake, establishing itself as the company’s largest shareholder.
