Max Resource Advances Colombian Mining Project with Key Exploration Data

Max Resource Corp. has reported significant progress at its El Oso mine site in Colombia. The company is moving closer to initiating planned drilling programs and potential small-scale production following the completion of a systematic underground sampling initiative. The focus now shifts to a promising mineralized corridor stretching 5,000 meters.
Fieldwork and Geological Mapping Intensify
Over the past quarter, the company has concentrated its efforts on detailed geological mapping. This work aims to confirm the continuity of the gold-silver trend within the Mora project, located in the prospective Middle Cauca Gold Belt. The area is considered highly prospective due to the presence of neighboring, active mining operations.
The recent underground sampling program, which forms the technical foundation for future activities, involved collecting 87 rock samples. These were taken from 42 channels across 47.5 meters of historical tunnels within the El Oso mine. Work targeted mineralized vein structures on two distinct levels. The resulting data is being compiled into a formal technical work plan (PTO), a required document for securing future drilling permits and authorizing operational work.
Corporate and Capital Structure Developments
Alongside these operational milestones, Max Resource has strengthened its strategic guidance. In February, the company appointed geoscientist Scott Franko to its advisory board. Franko brings nearly four decades of metals sector experience to the role, including prior leadership on projects in Colombia, specifically within the Mora area.

Furthermore, the company consolidated its share structure earlier this year. Effective January 20, a 1-for-4 share consolidation was implemented. This move streamlines the capital base as field activities ramp up.
Next Steps: Awaiting Assay Results
The immediate focus for the exploration team is on the laboratory analysis of the 87 collected samples. The forthcoming assay results are critical. They will determine whether the mineralized zones possess the necessary grade and quality to finalize and confirm the targets for the planned drilling campaign. The findings from the lab are expected in the coming weeks.
