Onto Innovation Advances AI Chip Manufacturing with New Metrology System

The company’s most recent quarterly report, released in August, presented a mixed financial picture. For Q2 2025, Onto Innovation posted revenue of $253.6 million, representing a 5 percent year-over-year increase. However, non-GAAP earnings per share came in at $1.25, slightly below analyst expectations of $1.27.
